Inclusive Plan Management is an established non-profit NDIS provider helping participants manage their NDIS plan funding. Situated in Kallangur QLD, we have been caring for individuals all over the Greater North Brisbane region for over three years. We believe that everybody should have the access to the supports they need without having to worry about coordinating claiming and payments.

Specialist support coordination is similar to support coordination but is funded where there are particularly high and complex needs that require highly personalised supports to ensure the outcomes are effective and lead to greater independent living. Our team includes qualified and highly experienced Specialist Support Coordinators who have worked with a wide variety of complex needs.
